Jeff is the ex-manager of the Los Arcade/Angeles Burgerphile. He has no friends or family and Mr. Burger was the closest person he had to a father.
He was fired and relocated to Maryland when he refused to give Dan a hamburger or a refund which got him into a fight, including being stuck in a grease fire with Dan, Hortence, Crunchy, and an unconscious Mr. Burger. He was fired after Mr. Burger punched the fire alarm.
